Our Building Automation System Team specializes in design, installation, and service of the Johnson Controls METASYS-FACILATATOR product line, along with the JCI FACILITY EXPLORER family of products. These control components can be fully integrated with your existing building equipment.
The addition of a DDC Building Automation System can help you achieve tighter more optimized control of the building HVAC system. Applying this optimized control of equipment to a central plant, or air handling units, even individual zone control will equate to savings in energy and operating costs. The use of a web-based FACILITY EXPLORER Supervisory controller also enables you to access system operating information from a local and/or remote workstation without the need for special software.

Equipment reliability is dependent on the control and safety system's ability to respond correctly during all operational conditions, Neva® technicians are trained to service most O.E.M. microprocessor control systems.
