The 4RSHPA system
is intended for use as a commercial reclamation unit. Through the use
of distillation, separation and filtration processes, the 4RSHPA equipment
will clean refrigerants to ARI 700-96 specifications of purity.
The 4RSHPA system
has two main components, a Condensing Module and a Distillation Module,
assembled on tubular steel frames with casters. The two modules connect
with a flexible hose set and power cords. Two high volume refrigerant
recovery tanks are recommended to complete this reclamation circuit:
one dirty
refrigerant recovery tank to feed liquid to the distillation process and one
refrigerant recovery tank to
receive the condensed reclaimed refrigerant product.
