Hot Water Generator

HOT WATER GENERATOR
NEVA SYSTEMS HWG24

hot water generator A hot water generator for heating water or glycol in the cooler tubes to speed up evacuation for recovery of refrigerant and/or dehydration purposes when serving machinery with a shell and tube heat exchanger.

The Neva HWG 24 can also be used to raise the refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant circuit to slightly above 0-PSIG to perform very minor repairs such as a switch change or it can raise the pressure high enough to perform a leak check procedure on a low pressure chiller.

BENEFITS
  • Pressurizes Low Pressure Chillers

  • Reduces time spent in dehydration process

  • Capacity to raise water 30 F at 30 GPM - Example: Raise pressure
in 2000 Ton Chiller from 10" to 8 psi in 3 hours.

  • Self priming 1/2 HP pump capable of circulating sediment up to 1/8".

  • High pressure safety protection on chiller refrigerant circuit.

  • Relief valve to protect against over pressurization of water side of chiller.

  • Electrical protection on Heater, Pump and Control Circuit.

  • Cart with stair climber permits one person mobility.
